Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her support and commitment to increasing South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) products and services through an engagement using the company's senior supervisors at a strategic organizing session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the many social grant beneficiaries, who excelled during the 2024 matric final exams.
On the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for your National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing eighty one% on the registered pupils from the education and learning sector.
These learners reached a commendable pass rate of 86%.
